We use flat rate pricing.

1. Book your in-home appointment and pay the $115 trip/diagnostic fee. Don't worry, if you choose to repair, this is applied against the total cost of repair.

2. Technician will arrive at your home, diagnose your unit, discuss repair option(s), and review pricing for repair.

 

3. Once approved, your repair will be completed and the additional balance will be collected.

​

If no repairs are completed, we keep the $115 trip/diagnostic fee for our time, expense, and knowledge.
